Good Morning World!
well, there's not a great deal to report this morning. An amazing thunder-storm last night knocked out the internet where we're living, so posting last night was put on hold. Not too much has happened in the world of Howie over the past 24hrs.
I filled in for one of the girls who was away yesterday, which meant that I had the pleasure of working for a 12 hour shift, which (although I haven't kept a shift that long for a while) wasn't nearly as painful as I'd thought it might me. It seemed that I had lunch, turned around, picked a bail of cotton, and suddenly it was nearly 6pm. They're the days that are best!
The thunder-storm was pretty amazing last night, some of the lightning was striking so close to us, that it was difficult to discern the break between seeing the lightning and hearing the thunder, and the cracks were almost deafening! It was a great to experience.
Ok, I'll close out this post here, as it's almost time to head to the van for the trip into work. Have a great Tuesday Friends, and let's hope the weekend rolls around quickly (so much to do, so little time! haha).
